Kathryn Morris
volunteers her skills in painting through participation in a Summer Camp
program sponsored by Grass Roots Institute. Grass Roots is a non-profit
organization that focuses on educating and challenging young people through
creative expression and exposure to culturally diverse backgrounds.
The key component of the Grass Roots program is to promote a student/mentor
relationship. Kathryn Morris participates in this program as she strongly
believes that as we build relationships with young people in the community,
we become role models for their future endeavors. |
